300 Hour Teacher Trainings
This additional education is for yoga teacher who have already gone through and completed RYT-200. Davina helps teachers develop their styles further through the 300 hour program.
I am sooooo excited to be leading the Connect 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training this upcoming May through October! This is an intimate learning environment so that each trainee has the space to ask the questions they need to and feels empowered in the learning process. The Connect teacher training is designed to help trainees dive deeper into their physical practice by studying the way their body moves anatomically. Additionally, we will spend time honing teaching skills by revisiting/developing teaching philosophies, connecting with students and community, and so much more.

Join international movement teachers – Davina Davidson and Carson Calhoun for a double module, 300HR Continued Education Yoga Teacher Training at Hot Yoga Dublin from June 10-25, 2019 and August 10-17th, 2019.
We welcome those currently teaching, interested in teaching, and practitioners simply looking to deepen their personal movement practice. Due to the intense physical demands, at least two years of yoga or a similar movement modality are recommended. While students are not required to practice advanced asana such as arm balances and inversions to attend this training, they can expect to leave with a more complete understanding of strength building progressions and how to incorporate unique and complex movements into an efficient yoga flow.
Davina Davidson (@yogawith Davina) and Carson Calhoun (@carsoncl;aycalhoun) are travelling yoga teachers, authors, and movement artists based out of Texas, Houston and CA, respectively.
Often found co-creating workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings, their teaching style combines precise breakdowns of form and anatomical cuing with graceful strength, cultivated through slow and unusual transitions that are sprinkled in an intricate and lyrical flow. Their classes are refreshing and playful, while still always incorporating detailed alignment lessons and useful applied anatomy.
